Bringing the spirit of Parisian mornings to Prior Lake
We believe coffee shouldn't be rushed. Inspired by the slow-paced, elegant cafés of Paris, we set out to create a sanctuary right here in Prior Lake where neighbors could gather over a truly exceptional cup.
Every bean we grind is sourced from dedicated local roasters who share our commitment to ethical sourcing and craft. Our signature cold brew is patiently dripped for eighteen hours, coaxing out deep chocolate and fruit notes without a hint of bitterness.
